Retro Rubber Challenge #116

Hi fellow stampers! Today's post is inspired by Retro Rubber's Challenge #116. It's a tic-tac-toe challenge and for this card I used everything from the first column; Patterned Paper, Romance and Enamel Dots/Gems.

Here's my supply list:

SU! Cherry Cobbler Card Stock & Ink
SU! Petal Pink Ink
Distress Oxide Ink in Antique Linen
SU! Mossy Meadow Card Stock
SU! DSP (discontinued now)
SU! Heart Happiness (January 2018 Occasions Catalog)
Hero Arts CL342 Sentiment (set is at least 4 years old)
SU! Leaves Die (also several years old)
Generic Gems

I always enjoy using my old stamps and Retro Rubber always gives me a good reason to do just that. Thanks to everyone over there who put together this challenge, and thanks for stopping by my blog today! 🌸

  1. Isn't it nice to mix and match the old with the new? I l really like this card, Barb. I think the layout is lovely and that you have successfully put together different patterns. The spray of leaves helps to hold the colours together and focus the eye on the hearts. Great use of the tic-tac-toe challenge. Thanks for joining us at Retro Rubber Challenge this week.

  2. Oh I love the mix of patterns, but that you kept your colour scheme simple and restricted, it made for a beautiful card. I especially love the trio of hearts. Thanks for playing with us this time at Retro Rubber. Claire DT
